Take a midweek break to move your body, clear your mind, and connect with others in our Walks & Wellness program! This weekly group combines the simple joy of walking with meaningful conversations that nurture both mental and physical well-being.
Led by Kristy Lindberg, a licensed therapist, each walk offers gentle movement, mindfulness tips, and supportive discussions designed to reduce stress, boost mood, and help you feel more balanced.
