Our yoga classes are offered in both the Group Exercise Studio and the Mind & Body Studio. The Mind & Body Studio was created to enhance your experience by providing a unique atmosphere to explore different opportunities such as Yoga, Pilates and Barre, as well as, youth programs.

This studio is located on the second floor of our facility, and offers a personal experience for participants. Temperature and lighting is controlled. The studio is able to offer heated yoga classes in a calming environment. Mats, yoga blocks, balls, light weights, tubes are available to challenge muscle endurance and stability. The studio is also outfitted with ballet bars at multiple levels to suit a variety of students.

Our studio will offer special classes/clinics and workshops on a pay-per-use basis.

The classes offered in our Group Exercise Studio focus are offered free with club membership. Each class experience is enhanced with appropriate music. The many benefits of yoga include increased flexibility and balance while improving sound sleep. Deep breathing techniques help manage stress, anxiety and depression and help lower blood pressure. A yoga practice compliments most fitness programs and enhances your total health.

Yoga mats, blocks and straps are provided and used to modify poses, increase stability or challenge flexibility. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water for proper hydration.
