Yin yoga is designed to reset your body and mind through deep, long holding poses.  The class is a slow-paced, therapeutic style of yoga that targets deep connective tissues, mainly around the key joints – hips and shoulders.  Yin yoga improves circulation, reduces anxiety and stress, increases flexibility and improves sleep and digestion.  


Yoga mats, blocks and straps are provided and used to modify poses, increase stability or challenge flexibility. This class is offered in the Group Exercise Studio. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water for proper hydration.
