Hard CORE prioritizes the toning and strengthening of your core muscles. This short but demanding class employs a variety of exercises to target your rectus abdominis, obliques, & transversus abdominis, ensuring comprehensive core training. You will engage in a series of stability exercises, rotational movements, and resistance training while incorporating tools such as stability balls, pilates balls, resistance bands, and weights. This class will help you to build a core that improves your body’s overall strength, stability, and performance.
Wear lightweight comfortable clothing, athletic shoes and bring water for proper hydration.
